There’s always time to talk about new property and interior projects, but they can take time to come to fruition. Many external inspirations can ignite the creativity within us, but reality can equally, extinguish the flames.
An ever changing political climate can pull us right into the eye of the storm. With often empty promises from those newly appointed to Government, it is not easy to throw caution to the wind and dive into new projects, with uncertainty hanging over us.
Don’t spend your hard earned cash, on a whim. Remember, for every pound we spend, it was significantly more we actually needed to earn in the first place!
There are no guarantees, but we were all raised with the belief that investing in ‘bricks and mortar’ was the best policy!
Be smart about what, where, when and budget. Improving and maintaining the place we call home, can still be the smart bet. However, there are factors we mustn’t ignore to safeguard against losses.
Scrutinise motives, unpack and sort through those drifting dreams. What is the purpose of the project?
Is it desire, function, updating or adding value driving your ideas? Understanding the yearning to start work on your property or interior, will aid the planning, execution and the end result.
